NVIDIA is seeking a Senior SRAM Engineer within the Full Custom Memory (FCM) team in Santa Clara, CA. You will design SRAM circuits across NVIDIA's silicon portfolio, optimize for speed, power, and area, and collaborate with mask designers to ensure robust, high-density memory blocks for AI chips.
The role requires 12+ years in circuit design, a strong memory design background, and proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE, and Verilog.
We are now looking for a Senior SRAM Engineer within our Full Custom Memory (FCM) team! The FCM team designs specialized RAM implementations across NVIDIAs wide array of processing chips. Be it high speed, low power, multiport, we engage closely with processor architecture teams to build custom solutions across the entire NVIDIA silicon portfolio. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD.
