Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior SRAM Engineer for our Full Custom Memory (FCM) team. You will design and optimize SRAM circuits across NVIDIA's silicon portfolio, working closely with architecture and mask teams to deliver high-performance, area-efficient memory solutions for AI chips.

The role emphasizes scripting, verification, and development of flows to improve silicon yield and reliability. A strong background in SRAM design and Cadence tooling is highly valued, with hybrid work

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD (or equivalent experience) in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of circuit design experience.
• Experience with scripting languages - Perl, Python, Shell.
• Strong understanding of SRAM and memory design techniques and macro/block development.

Responsibilities

• Design best-in-class SRAM circuits using state-of-the-art technology processes.
• Optimize circuits for performance, area, and power.
• Collaborate with mask designers to craft high quality and dense pitch-matched layout.
• Verify functionality, electrical integrity, and robustness.
• Improve/develop flows and methodologies to streamline design automation, data collection, and analysis to ensure working silicon.
