Job summary

NVIDIA's Full Custom Macro team is seeking a Senior SRAM Engineer to design high-performance SRAM circuits for our AI chips, collaborating with processor architecture teams.

You will optimize circuits for speed, area and power; supervise mask designers; verify functionality and robustness; and help develop flows to streamline design automation and data analysis for working silicon. Equity and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD (or equivalent experience) in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of circuit design experience.
• Experience with Perl and Python scripting.
• Strong SRAM and memory design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design best-in-class SRAM circuits using state-of-the-art technology processes.
• Optimize circuits for performance, area, and power.
• Supervise mask designers to craft high quality and dense pitch-matched layout.
• Verify functionality, electrical integrity, and robustness.
• Improve/develop flows and methodologies to streamline design automation, data collection, and analysis to ensure working silicon.
