Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior SRAM Engineer to join the Full Custom Macro team and design specialized memory blocks for our AI chips. You will work with processor architecture teams to deliver high-speed, low-power SRAM solutions across NVIDIA silicon.

You will design, optimize, and verify SRAM circuits, mentor mask designers, and contribute to flows that enable working silicon. The base salary ranges from 136k–218.5k for Level 3 and 168k–264.5k for Level 4, with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD (or equivalent) in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of circuit design experience.
• Experience with Perl and Python scripting.
• Strong understanding of SRAM and memory design techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design best-in-class SRAM circuits using state-of-the-art processes.
• Optimize circuits for performance, area, and power.
• Supervise mask designers to craft dense, pitch-matched layouts.
• Verify functionality, electrical integrity, and robustness.
