Amentum is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to support a DoD customer in Spokane, Washington. The role covers enterprise MS SQL Server and SharePoint 2019 on-premises, Windows Server tech, and cybersecurity compliance in a secure DoW environment.

Responsibilities include database administration, HA configuration, security, and automation scripting with PowerShell and T-SQL. Travel and after-hours support may be required in a demanding mission-focused setting.

Qualificações

• Must have a Top Secret US Government Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with relevant experience.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, SharePoint 2016/2019, and enterprise on-premises environments.
• Experience implementing STIGs, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity compliance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain MS SQL Server environments across dev/test/prod.
• Design and support secure, highly available database solutions.
• Monitor health, performance, and capacity; perform maintenance and tuning.
• Manage backup, recovery, DR, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle activities.
• Configure Always On, failover clustering, and security controls.
• Collaborate with developers on schema changes and performance optimization.
• Provide SharePoint Admin support for Server 2019 including site collections and apps.
• Document technical procedures and support incident response and changes.
