Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Database Developer in Missouri to design, develop, and support enterprise SQL Server solutions across development and production landscapes. The role emphasizes reliability, performance, security, and data integrity for mission-critical applications.

The ideal candidate should bring 5+ years of SQL Server experience, strong T-SQL skills, and the ability to mentor teammates while working in a hybrid environment with at least two onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL-based application development in Windows and/or web environments.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server development and administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level databases in production environments.
• Experience working with software development teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SQL Server solutions for enterprise apps.
• Tune performance, indexes, and queries; ensure data reliability and security.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on data integration and ETL.
• Mentor junior DB team members and contribute to standards and reviews.
