Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is the minimum entry requirement for this position.
• Extensive hands-on experience administering large-scale Microsoft SQL Server estates.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server High Availability and Disaster Recovery, including Always On and DR testing.
• Ownership of Sev-1 / Sev-2 incidents, rapid diagnosis, RCA leadership and preventive actions.
• Advanced SQL Server performance engineering: execution plans, wait stats, indexing, and capacity forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 operational support in rotational shifts.
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents with rapid restoration.
• Lead RCA and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks and standardize operations.
