Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience developing batch processes using T-SQL and ETL tools such as Informatica.
• Strong SQL Server development experience, including stored procedures and database components.
• Strong database design and data-modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica and enterprise ETL processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise batch processing, including scheduling, dependencies, file-based feeds, exception handling, reconciliation, and production support.
• Strong data analysis and data quality assessment capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
• Strong SDLC discipline with a track record of improving operational efficiency.
• Experience delivering in Agile Scrum models, including planning, backlog refinement, estimation, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and Jira execution.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude for development, troubleshooting, unit-test support, documentation, and productivity improvement.
• Ability to follow change management practices that support consistent, maintainable release.
