Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation seeks an experienced Senior SQL Developer to design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL solutions for healthcare data. You will handle patient demographics, claims, billing, eligibility, and provider records, ensuring quality and HIPAA-compliant data practices.

You will collaborate with analysts and data engineers to deliver reliable database solutions, support reporting requirements, and improve query performance across EHR and related systems.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in SQL development and database programming.
• Strong knowledge of complex SQL queries, joins, CTEs, subqueries, and window functions.
• Hands-on experience with stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
• Understanding of indexes, execution plans, and query performance tuning.
• Experience with healthcare data systems (patients, claims, billing, eligibility, provider records).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Work with healthcare datasets, including patient demographics, medical claims, eligibility, provider, and billing information.
• Develop SQL solutions to support healthcare analytics, operational reporting, and regulatory reporting.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across healthcare systems.
• Analyze and optimize query performance for large healthcare databases.
• Support ETL processes and data integration between EHR, claims, and billing systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts and healthcare stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Troubleshoot database issues and support production environments.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements and organizational data privacy policies.
• Maintain technical documentation, data mappings, and database development standards.
