Job summary
A woman-owned IT solutions provider in Herndon, Virginia, is seeking an experienced SQL Developer/Tester to support SQL database development and testing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in SQL programming, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SQL database development and programming.
- 3+ years in a QA/testing role.
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services.
- Experience writing technical documentation.
- Excellent communicator with clear documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with overall SQL support including development and performance tuning.
- Develop SQL procedures and ETL packages.
- Review queries for performance enhancements.
- Provide recommendations to enhance development processes.
- Develop test plans and cases and test reports.
