Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Sprinkler Install Sr Technician to independently perform the installation of fire sprinkler systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the fire and life safety industry and a strong knowledge of installation practices and applicable codes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technician in the fire and life safety industry.
• Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler system installation practices.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications for installation.
• Guide and support entry-level technicians.

Skills

Installation of fire sprinkler systems

Blueprint interpretation

Compliance with NFPA standards

Communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

5+ years of experience in fire safety industry

NICET Level II or above preferred
