Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. seeks an experienced TS/MS Scientist - Dry EM to provide technical oversight for spray dry and solid dosage manufacturing, technology transfer, and validation activities, ensuring processes are compliant and in a validated state.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to partner with external manufacturing partners across time zones, including CAPA investigations and data-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with spray dry and solid dosage manufacturing.
• Strong regulatory knowledge (cGMPs and global guidance).
• Experience supporting external manufacturing partners (CMOs).
• Proven ability to communicate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for spray dry and solid dosage processes and packaging.
• Lead deviation investigations and CAPA activities with timely closure.
• Contribute to technology transfer and validation campaigns with external partners.
• Ensure processes stay in a validated state and compliant with US/global regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including site management.
