Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG), a Pinnaql company, is seeking an experienced TS/MS Scientist - Dry EM to lead spray dry and solid dosage manufacturing efforts.

You will provide technical leadership and ensure compliant, validated processes with external manufacturing partners. The role requires deep expertise in spray dry dispersion, process validation, CAPA investigations, cGMPs, regulatory guidance, and cross-functional collaboration with development, QA, and manufacturing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with spray dry and solid dosage manufacturing.
• Regulatory knowledge including cGMPs and global guidance.
• Strong data management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting external manufacturing organizations (CMOs).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for spray dry, solid dosage manufacturing, and packaging.
• Lead investigations and CAPA to support quality and compliance.
• Author deviations and change controls with clear technical writing.
• Support process validation and technology transfer with external partners.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and manufacturing teams across sites and time zones.
