Job summary

Elevo Learning is seeking an experienced Senior Coach to guide K–8 students through structured sports using Elevo’s curriculum. You’ll manage groups, support positive behavior, and collaborate with school staff to create a welcoming program environment.

This role includes stepping into a Site Manager leadership position when needed, maintaining attendance records with basic tech tools, communicating with parents and administrators, and modeling reliability for a cohort of up to 20 students.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth in sports or education settings.
• Ability to manage groups of up to 20 students and maintain positive behavior.
• Strong communication with parents and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging sports using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment.
• Step into a Site Manager role when needed, overseeing daily operations in the absence of the Site Manager.
• Communicate professionally with parents, school administrators, and Elevo team members.
• Demonstrate strong technology skills to support attendance tracking and recordkeeping.
