Qualifications

• Consultant with experience in adult degenerative spinal surgery.
• Subspecialty interest in MIS and adult MIS techniques.
• Completed spinal fellowship(s) with substantial track record.
• Documented logbook experience in LLIF/ALIF/OLIF/MIS TLIF/MIS PLIF.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and non-clinical spinal care within the team.
• Provide spinal on-call service and cover parts of the West Midlands and Worcestershire.
• Deliver high volumes of elective spinal surgery and maintain high quality care.
• Develop and grow MISS offerings with documented logbook experience.
