Job summary

A construction company in Seattle is seeking an experienced SPG Project Manager to join its Special Projects team. The successful candidate will manage various construction projects valued between $400,000 and $20,000,000, maintaining oversight from estimating to project closeout. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of construction project management experience in the Puget Sound area, along with strong communication and leadership skills. A competitive benefits package is offered along with a salary range of $110,000 to $180,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of construction project management experience in the Puget Sound Region.
• General knowledge of tenant improvements, interior renovation, and repurposing projects.
• Knowledge of working in critical/clean environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and subcontracts for the project.
• Manage all aspects of project administration in accordance with the contract.
