Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited speech language pathology curriculum with certification in Speech Language Pathology or foreign trained equivalent.
• ASHA certification preferred if applicable.
• Experience requirement: two or more years as an SLP after CCC.

Responsibilities

• Provides speech therapy services under supervision.
• Contributes to department in-service and staff mentorship.
• Assists in orientation and training of employees.
• Provides consultation to staff and may mentor colleagues.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and supports new clinical practice models.
• Participates in performance improvement projects or committees as requested.
