• Advises physicians and member/caregiver of test results; collaborates on treatment plan changes.
• Develops and maintains department policies; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local requirements; supports community programs.
• Monitors work of contract therapists and serves as a consultant on interdisciplinary teams.
