Responsibilities

• Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention; establishes individualized treatment plans and documentation.
• Meets department and hospital in-service standards for attendance, presentation and coordination.
• Meets established special project participation standards as assigned within the department.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques; establishes individualized care and discharge plans and communicates them to appropriate parties.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Three years' technical experience (preferred)
