Jefferson Health in Willow Grove, PA seeks a Staff Level II Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and discharge plan for a full patient caseload across acute and outpatient settings. The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, state license, and CPR certification, with 2 years of clinical practice preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluations, treatment planning, treatment interventions and discharge planning for a full patient caseload in various care settings.
• Participates in student education and orientation for new staff.
• Records and documents health progress, treatments, evaluations and discharge summaries.
• Plans, organizes and delivers treatment programs to help clients/patients recover and rehabilitate.
