EmpowerMe Wellness in Reston, Virginia seeks licensed therapy professionals to serve seniors within EmpowerMe 360, delivering therapy, wellness, and coordinated care across a collaborative team.

You will conduct assessments, develop personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions while supporting telehealth check-ins and caregiver communication to improve independence and safety for residents.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults.
