EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to join our EmpowerMe 360 program, serving seniors in the San Francisco area. You’ll provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve independence and safety.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for leadership and professional development, and a supportive culture that values relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Passion for empowering seniors to live independently
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit

Responsabilités

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults
• Develop assessments and personalized care plans with evidence-based interventions
• Support care coordination through wellness check-ins and telehealth
• Maintain professional and ethical standards aligned with company initiatives
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
• Help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction
