EmpowerMe Wellness in Burnsville, MN is seeking therapists to join EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model of care uniting therapy, wellness, and medical services for seniors. You’ll guide residents to live more independently, move with confidence, and maximize safety in daily activities.

Responsibilities include providing physical, occupational, or speech therapy, creating personalized care plans, coordinating with caregivers, and contributing to program development.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults
