Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapy professionals to deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy to residents in senior living communities. You will assess, plan, and provide evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team within the EmpowerMe 360 model.

This role focuses on helping residents live more independently, with flexible schedules, opportunities for leadership, and ongoing professional development in a supportive culture that values therapists.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults.
• Conduct assessments, create care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.
• Support care coordination with wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards aligned with company initiatives.
• Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
• Help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction.
