You will partner across Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Sourcing to embed data rights in agreements, manage vendor engagements, and ensure data delivery aligns with KPIs and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher with extensive data strategy and contracting experience in pharma/biotech.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data requirements and contractual deliverables.
• Experience developing data agreements and managing external data partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define SP data strategy and roadmap aligned to patient journeys, KPIs, and analytics needs.
• Lead data contracting, data requirements, and SLAs; ensure alignment with vendor agreements.
• Partner with Sourcing/Contracting, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to embed data rights into agreements.
• Establish traceability from business need to data delivery and reporting; ensure data quality and governance.
