What we’re looking for:

This role offers leadership opportunities, career growth, and impactful work. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement support for a GSK biologic product.
  • Understanding the reimbursement/distribution landscape for specialist customers and referring them to appropriate resources within GSK guidelines.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge in severe asthma therapeutics.
  • Offering product educational programs and in-services to customers.
  • Working within compliance guidelines and GSK values.
  • Developing sales strategies and tactics tailored to each customer, including allergists, pulmonologists, nurses, PAs, and office managers.
  • Building strong relationships with marketing, payer relations, medical affairs, and other GSK functions.
  • Managing resources effectively and providing excellent customer service.
Why You?
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 30%, including overnight stays
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to operate a vehicle
  • Experience level dependent on role grade:
    • Specialty Account Specialist (Grade 8): 5+ years in pharma/medical devices
    • Senior Specialty Account Specialist (Grade 7): 12+ years in pharma/medical devices
Preferred Qualifications:

Additional plus if you have:

  • Experience with Specialty Products utilizing Buy & Bill or Specialty pharmacy distribution modes
  • Expertise working with Payer Reimbursement Managers
  • Experience in Biologic, Rare Diseases, or Respiratory Sales
