Qualifications

• Provide specialist tax advice across Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Inheritance Tax, Trusts & Estates, VAT and National Insurance.
• Research and interpret UK and international tax legislation while producing high-quality reports and bespoke planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support complex advisory projects including company demergers, restructurings, reorganisations and succession planning.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, solicitors and advisers, explaining complex tax matters clearly.
