• Designing and implementing data integration solutions to integrate data from various sources.
• Designing and implementing data migration solutions to ensure that data can be migrated from one system to another efficiently and effectively.
• Design and create data architecture, metadata, and repositories.
• Develop and deliver long-term strategic goals for data architecture vision.
• Evaluate hardware and software platforms.
• Strategize what the best practices are in relation to data security, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7 10 years of experience as a data architect
• Experience working on enterprise data lake projects, business intelligence tools & cloud deployments.
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL database, PostgreSQL, or any relational database
• Experience with Data Lake, Databricks, SQL, ETL and MDM
• Experience with data integration services such as Azure Data Factory
• Experience with Azure
• Experience with business intelligence tools. PowerBI or Qlik is preferred
