LTM in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced mainframe developer to enhance and maintain application components. Candidates should have strong experience with Mainframe Enterprise Cobol, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and CICS.

Participate in requirements analysis and impact assessment for enhancements, defect fixes, modernization or regulatory changes.
Design, develop, enhance and maintain application components using standard mainframe technologies, ensuring alignment with the client's approved coding, security and architectural standards.
Perform analysis, coding, unit testing and documentation for batch programs, online transactions and interfaces running on the mainframe platform.
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and defects.
Support system testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) by providing defect fixes, data corrections and validation support.
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, release planning and operational readiness activities.
