The Senior Specialist, Rental Marketing Strategy serves as a key strategic partner supporting the execution of revenue-driving marketing initiatives across Holiday Inn Club Vacations' Rental business. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into integrated marketing campaigns by partnering closely with Marketing Strategy, Channel Strategy, Revenue Management, Creative, Digital Marketing, Analytics, CRM, and external partners.
This role will own campaign planning, strategic brief development, project coordination, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization recommendations while ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate office machinery. Schedules could vary depending on business needs, and may entail occasionally working nights, weekends or holidays. Must be reasonably flexible to work outside of departmental operating hours.
