Job description

Position Summary

The Performance Marketing and Live Commerce Senior Specialist will play a key role in driving online sales growth and enhancing customer engagement through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This position requires a deep understanding of performance-driven marketing, data analytics, and live commerce trends to develop and execute campaigns that maximize ROI.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Develop data-driven performance marketing strategies to meet sales goals and ROI targets on partners’ channels, including sponsored search, display, social media, affiliate marketing, and external traffic generation.
  2. Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient spend distribution to maximize performance across channels.
  3. Oversee and monitor the scheduling and execution of live commerce sessions across various regions to ensure they run smoothly and on schedule.
  4. Track live session performance metrics such as viewer engagement, conversion rates, sales, and audience retention.
  5. Ensure the alignment of live sessions with regional marketing objectives and product launches.
  6. Research and gather best practices from different regions and global markets to continually refine and improve live commerce strategies.
  7. Document successful strategies, formats, and trends to develop a shared knowledge base across regions.

Implement lessons learned from past live sessions to improve audience engagement, product presentation, and sales conversions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in live streaming, e-commerce, and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of live commerce platforms and partners onsite marketing tools (e.g., Shopee and TikTok Shop Live, Affiliate Marketing Solutions, Partners on and off platform ads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with regional platform and third parties as well as persuade stakeholders.
  • Good project management skills, able to effectively work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects, and ensure sales targets are being met.
  • Sound analytical skills, to be able to acquire and analyze data to draw actionable insights and apply towards sales achievement.
  • Strong execution & follow-through skills with multi-functional teams & external partners.
