Martin-Marietta is seeking an experienced Project Manager to develop and update work plans for the project management team. You will coordinate with customers, installers, and supply chain to ensure projects are delivered on live deployments, while creating daily and reconciliation reports for multiple stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years experience in project management, strong communication skills, budgeting ability, and a structured approach to risk management.

Responsabilités

• Develops and updates a work plan for the project management team, including assignment of projects and establishing monitoring schedules.
• Manages short-term implementation projects and coordinates with customers, installers, and supply chain to ensure live deployment.
• Creates and delivers daily reports and project reconciliation reports for sales, operations, customers, and installation partners.
• Uses established project management methodology to define scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, resources, and timelines for large or complex projects.
• Creates long- and short-term plans, sets milestones and deadlines, and recommends resources including internal staff and consulting partners.
• Tracks deliverables, budget, and schedule, reporting progress to stakeholders and adjusting as needed.
• Identifies risks, mitigates them, and documents contingency plans; acts as a central contact for multi-team projects.
• Performs quality control throughout project development to maintain standards.

Develops, implements, and updates a work plan for the project management team including assignment of projects and establishment of and monitoring of schedules. Manages short-term implementation projects. Works with customers to plan and control project deliverables, manages installers, and coordinates with supply chain to ensure the solution is fully implemented according to the sales specification and ready for live customer usage.
