Job summary

well-known org Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Platform Architect (CIAM) to own architecture, governance, and evolution of the CIAM platform with PingOne focus. You will lead authentication, SSO, MFA, and consent management for customer-facing applications and eCommerce initiatives.

Work with product and security teams to deliver scalable identity solutions, onboard applications, and advance platform modernization while mentoring CIAM engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Identity & Access Management, or Software Engineering.
• Deep expertise in PingOne, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Federation, and API Security.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist, Solution Architecture (CIAM Platform Architect) is responsible for the architecture, design, governance, and evolution of our company Customer Identity & Access Management platform, with a primary focus on PingOne. This role provides technical leadership for customer identity services supporting customer-facing applications, digital channels, eCommerce platforms, and strategic business initiatives across Animal Health. The CIAM platform is a key foundational capability supporting hundreds of customer-facing assets and global market rollouts.

What will you do in this role

• Define and maintain CIAM architecture standards, patterns, and reference designs.
• Lead the design and implementation of PingOne-based identity solutions.
• Architect authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), authorization, and consent management capabilities.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Product Teams, Security, and Enterprise Identity teams to deliver scalable and secure identity solutions.
• Support application onboarding and integration with the CIAM platform.
• Drive platform modernization, technical governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to CIAM engineers.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and architecture standards.

What should you have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Identity & Access Management, or Software Engineering.
• Deep expertise in PingOne, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, Federation, and API Security.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale CIAM-solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and modern application integration patterns.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Ping One certifications.
• Experience with CIAM platforms supporting customer-facing digital ecosystems.
• Experience with Salesforce, eCommerce, CRM, and digital engagement platforms.
• Knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and identity governance.
