Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to own billing queues, handle contract processing, and drive accurate invoicing for a global SaaS portfolio. You will work across Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Legal to optimize the order-to-cash cycle in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities include executing month-end cycles, maintaining SOPs, and pursuing automation with AI tools. A strong background in SaaS billing and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years invoicing and billing experience, preferably with SaaS products and a global customer base.
• Proficiency in financial software, large ERP systems, and billing/revenue management tools (Zuora, Salesforce, Workday).
• History of implementing process improvements using technology and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Emphasis on teamwork and collaboration across multiple participants.

• Maintain and update Billing SOPs; assist with onboarding and training.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve billing efficiency, including AI adoption.
• Lead or assist billing-related projects, pricing changes, and new product launches.
• Own key customer accounts and act as billing SME for inquiries and escalations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Legal to evolve the OTC cycle.

Job Overview

The Order-to-Cash (OTC) organization manages the end-to-end process that converts customer agreements into billed, collected, and reported revenue, serving as the operational bridge between commercial commitments and financial outcomes. It oversees customer account setup, contract and billing configuration, invoice generation, payment processing, accounts receivable, collections, dispute resolution, reconciliation, and reporting.

The Senior Billing Specialist is a key contributor to the OTC team, responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of customer invoices, contract processing, and billing documentation across a broad range of product lines and billing models. This role serves as an owner of critical billing queues, standard operating procedures, and key customer accounts, while also supporting cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 5+years ofinvoicing and billingexperience, preferably with SaaS products,usage-based billing models, and a global-customer base

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$60,000 and $90,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
