This role involves writing and editing legal resources, collaborating on content, and supporting product innovations in a flexible, hybrid work model. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write, edit, and update legal resources in corporate law and M&A
- Maintain expertise on corporate and M&A topics and ensure relevance of resources
- Collaborate with other editors on content planning and peer review
- Assist with sales demonstrations and marketing initiatives, including webinars
- Support product development and innovation in legal technology tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor and current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
- Minimum of eight years’ experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law and M&A, including experience with M&A agreements
- Familiarity with Delaware General Corporation Law and related case law
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail

- Strong technical drafting skills and ability to simplify complex legal issues
