Responsibilities

• Conduct and report on transfer agency operations for moderate‑complexity clients.
• Lead client onboarding and internal conversions.
• Produce key metric reporting and provide oversight to daily Transfer Agency processes.
• Assist management with day‑to‑day operations and resolve escalated issues.
• Lead project management initiatives and collaborate with technology teams.
• Analyze business data to identify trends and mitigate risks.
• Participate in client engagement regarding new products.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
