BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Infrastructure Services Analyst to join the Production Services Governance team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on governing TECM/SSSDLC and related change, incident, availability, and problem management processes to strengthen controls and drive modernization.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in finance tech risk/governance, with strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Lead executive reporting for enterprise technology risk and resiliency programs with senior technology leaders.
• Manage lifecycle of policies, standards, procedures, and controls ensuring alignment and traceability.
• Oversee control assurance and risk monitoring activities, including RCSA execution and remediation of gaps.
• Drive audit readiness and regulatory sustainability through coordinated remediation and scalable governance via automation.
• Lead modernization initiatives across governance, risk, and software delivery embedding AI-enabled capabilities.

We’re seeking a Senior Specialist, Infrastructure Services Analyst professional to join our Production Services Governance team in Pittsburgh, PA, United States.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Responsible for supporting the governance, oversight, and continuous improvement of BNY’s Technology Enterprise Change Management (TECM) Framework /Secure Systems & Software Development Lifecycle (SSSDLC), Request for Change (RFC), Incident (INC), Availability (AVL), and Problem Management (PRB) processes
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Engineering (Infrastructure, Development, Testing, Architecture), Production Services, Risk, and Audit teams to strengthen control effectiveness, drive audit readiness, ensure regulatory sustainability, and advance strategic modernization initiatives through automation and AI-enabled capabilities
• Lead executive reporting for enterprise technology risk and resiliency programs, partnering with senior technology leaders to drive decision-making through key forums, councils, and communications
• Manage the lifecycle of technology policies, standards, procedures, and controls, ensuring alignment, traceability, and compliance
• Oversee control assurance and risk monitoring activities, including RCSA execution, control performance oversight, compliance validation, and remediation of identified control gaps and operational risks
• Drive audit readiness, regulatory sustainability, and continuous control improvement by coordinating remediation efforts, validating control effectiveness, and advancing scalable governance practices through automation
• Lead strategic modernization initiatives across governance, risk, and software delivery by developing roadmaps, embedding AI-enabled capabilities, and leveraging automation to enhance control effectiveness, operational efficiency, and resiliency outcomes

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline (e.g., Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field)
• Typically, 5-7 years of experience in technology, operations, risk, governance, audit, or control functions within Financial Services
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
• Passion for continuous improvement, automation, AI, and process optimization
• Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments

Salary and Compensation

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
