Senior Specialist Information Systems Operations is an onsite position based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Available to travel frequently to our sites in Caguas, Barceloneta, and Arecibo.

The Senior Specialist Information Systems Operations is responsible for managing and overseeing the IT Infrastructure area across multiple businesses, divisions, and domains (commercial operations, manufacturing facilities, warehouses and distribution centers, 3PL/TPM) within the area of responsibility. This role ensures the stability, security, and scalability of all IT systems and networks. It guarantees a seamless integration of IT solutions and alignment of IT strategies with business objectives. Represents IT in executive decision-making forums.
