What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and respond to research requests related to government healthcare programs
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of Plan submissions
- Review Provider Agreements, Member Handbooks, and other deliverables for compliance
- Disseminate information from government contracting agencies to affected Plan staff
- Maintain the department's documentation and archive system for reports and audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managed care environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, along with analytical and reasoning abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data compilation, report creation, and use of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel
