Role Overview

Our ambitious FINPRO team Austria manages the Business Lines D&O, PI, Crime, and Strafrechtschutz. As a specialist, you will advise and support our clients according to company guidelines, demonstrating your expertise in Financial Lines and high service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing tailored insurance solutions for industrial clients independently.
2. Managing placements and renewals of your client portfolio.
3. Conducting tenders and presenting results to clients.
4. Supporting our sales and client service teams proactively in generating new business and expanding client relationships.
5. Developing specialized solutions and drafting insurance terms and frameworks.
6. Handling claims independently.
7. Contributing to a customer-focused company environment.

Candidate Profile:

1. Degree in Business Administration, Law, or relevant insurance training, with experience in Financial Lines at an insurer or broker.
2. Experience in risk assessment and designing international insurance programs.
3. Knowledge of the international insurance market.
4. Experience in large claim regulation.
5. Fluent in German and English.
6. Proficient with MS Office.
7. Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and client orientation.
