Nestlé Professional Solutions is hiring a Senior Specialist, Field Sales Service in the Northeast (covering New York City Metro Area, including all five boroughs, Westchester, Putnam, and Orange County, among other areas). The role involves partnering with Customer Account Leads, Distributors, and Service Teams to onboard new business and support existing customers. Responsibilities include customer onboarding, equipment installation, training, compliance, and service coordination within the assigned territory.
The Senior Specialist will contribute to organizational goals by ensuring flawless execution, product stocking, compliance, and high customer satisfaction across a multi-state territory. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications include the ability to work variable hours, travel extensively, work independently and as part of a team, and analyze problems to provide solutions. The role requires collaboration with teammates and sales leads to achieve team goals.
