QPS, LLC is seeking a Senior Specialist, Facilities Technician to support the Real-Time Laboratory and Facilities activities at our Newark, Delaware site. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, equipment upkeep, and close collaboration with the LCM team.
The position requires a degree in a scientific discipline and CRO/regulated industry experience. You will monitor alarms, maintain labs, manage inventories, and assist in maintaining facility operations and expansion.

The Senior Specialist, Facilities Technician is part of the Laboratory & Compliance Management (LCM) support unit within the Department of Translational Medicine (TLM) and is responsible for all daily activities that support the smooth operation and regulatory compliance of the TLM office and laboratories. Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and understand scientific literature provided by our clients and vendors are critical to being successful in this role.

Monitor the LCM docket for incoming request for facility needs, in real time
After discussion with Supervisor and determining prioritization, work towards addressing request from the LCM docket
Promptly address additional facility tasks given by supervisor to maintain the office and laboratory expansion and maintenance needs
