Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in West Point, PA is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Engineering to provide technical input on sterile processes, oversee GMP-compliant manufacturing projects, and serve as the main interface with development scientists for clinical and development batches.

The role emphasizes deviations management, process improvement, and the introduction of new technologies within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field.
• 3+ years in a technical or operations support role.
• Sterile process manufacturing and/or formulation development.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Project management, analytical problem-solving, cross-functional leadership.
• Technical writing (batch documentation, investigations, protocols).
