What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify and evaluate potential customer advocates across various industries and regions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Customer Success to gather insights and referrals for customer stories
- Document and maintain a well-organized pipeline of qualified customer advocates for marketing initiatives
- Conduct in-depth interviews to gather details and develop comprehensive customer story briefs
- Build and nurture relationships with account teams to secure support for customer advocacy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales
- Strong skills in sourcing and researching potential customer advocates
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize customer stories based on marketing objectives
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining a well-structured pipeline of qualified advocates
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and customer accounts
