Responsibilities

• Oversee the intake and prioritization of website requests for CMS content updates
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content meets client comprehension needs, brand standards, and SEO best practices
• Manage creative resourcing and project timelines for Dotcom CMS-led projects
• Optimize and maintain content on the website through the CMS, ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance data of marketing content to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience (8+ years) in content management, preferably in a fintech or related industry
• Strong project management skills with a successful track record of managing complex projects
• Proficiency in using CMS, with experience in Contentful or similar tools preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
• Familiarity with web analytics tools, e.g., Preset, Mixpanel
• Experience using project management tools, e.g., Asana, JIRA
• Knowledge of HTML or Javascript
