Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist in San Francisco to drive operational enhancements within Client Services, partnering with Technology, Operations, Legal, HR, and Client Engineering. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze problems, and implement scalable solutions to improve client experience and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in project support, continuous improvement, operations, business analysis, or technical problem-solving roles.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving technology, process changes, or new program launches.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience developing or maintaining reporting and analysis to track operational performance, project progress, or client experience indicators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess ambiguous issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop scalable solutions.
  • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including gathering requirements, building timelines, and managing risks and dependencies.
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working within systems, tools, and workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex or technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive, highly organized, solutions-driven mindset with strong ownership, follow-through, and commitment to continuous improvement and client-centric outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key liaison between Client Services and Client Engineering within IT to support time-sensitive technical issues and large-scale initiatives.
  • Build and maintain reporting to track project progress, operational performance, and client experience trends.
  • Surface insights, risks, and improvement opportunities, incorporating voice-of-the-client and frontline feedback into recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects or issues with agility, precision, and expertise while navigating shifting priorities.

What You’ll Get:


The annual base salary range for this position is $102,510.00- $114,570.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they willperform the job.Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.This job will be posted for a minimum offivedays.
