Your Role...
ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Specialist, Benefits & Payroll who is an innovative thinker who will transform our benefits & payroll processes while providing front-line support and guidance to ReSource Pro employees. This role will evaluate systems, assist in redesigning workflows, and leverage tools like AI & Workday to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable with technology, including AI tools, and who proactively seeks better ways to deliver accurate, efficient, and scalable benefits and payroll services. The Senior Specialist, Benefits & Payroll will work independently and collaboratively on benefits, payroll, and compliance processes, conduct audits, and support department projects. This role contributes to ReSource Pro’s Total Rewards design by conducting market and vendor research, managing payroll and benefit processes, and serving as a trusted resource for internal customer inquiries.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $44,816 - $76,076 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
