Position Overview

This role involves supervising a team of apartment readiness specialists to ensure apartments meet property standards and provide a positive resident experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of specialists, ensuring property standards are met.
  • Oversee inspections of vacant and occupied apartments.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Track performance metrics and report team productivity.
  • Communicate professionally with residents and address concerns.
  • Handle daily team operations, including task coordination and invoice processing.
  • Serve as the initial contact for inspectors regarding escalated issues.
  • Conduct inspections of escalated units and coordinate workload for inspectors.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction or related fields.
  • Attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • At least 1 year of team leadership experience.
  • Basic knowledge of construction processes.
  • Experience with budget management and invoicing.
