Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a passionate learner to fill the role of Senior Specialist, Affiliate Learning, U.S. Expertise Hubs. Are you ready to help maximize the learning and training experience of Habitat for Humanity’s network in the United States? The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, consistent learning opportunities through design support and measurement of the U.S. expertise hub learning efforts, aligning materials and experiences with adult learning and instructional design best practices. The role also involves improving learning by enabling better collection, interpretation, and reporting of key metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Additionally, this position supports the Habitat ReStore report process for 900+ Habitat ReStores nationwide, identifying trends, metrics, and benchmarks to evaluate and improve operations.
This position may be based remotely within the U.S. and requires 20% travel.

The salary range for this role in the US is $57,890-$68,100, based on various factors. HFHI offers a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, sick leave, health insurance, retirement contributions, and life insurance.
