Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a passionate learner to fill the role of Senior Specialist, Affiliate Learning, U.S. Expertise Hubs. Are you ready to help maximize the learning and training experience of Habitat for Humanity’s network in the United States? Apply for this position and join a team dedicated to providing strong learning and training opportunities for the Habitat affiliated network. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, consistent learning opportunities through design support and measurement of the U.S. expertise hub learning efforts, aligning materials and experiences with adult learning and instructional design best practices. The role also involves improving learning by enabling better collection, interpretation, and reporting of key metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Additionally, this position supports the Habitat ReStore report process for 900+ Habitat ReStores nationwide, identifying trends, metrics, and benchmarks to evaluate and improve operations.

This position may be based remotely within the U.S. and requires 20% travel.

Responsibilities
  1. Product/service learning design support, measurement, and evaluation (75%)
  2. Support the design and impact assessment of expertise hub products and services, including needs assessment, concept validation, co-designing learning experiences, and measuring awareness, access, usage, and impact.
  3. Establish and monitor automated data collection mechanisms for key metrics.
  4. Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to provide actionable insights.
  1. ReStore data management and reporting (25%)
  2. Lead the ReStore report process, managing data collection, cleaning, and project timelines.
  3. Update surveys to reflect evolving needs.
  4. Coordinate communications for survey launches and reminders.
  5. Analyze data, prepare visual reports, and draft final report text.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in learning content design, delivery, or consultation.
  • Experience with adult learning best practices, instructional design, and facilitation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving.
  • Organized, strategic, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with survey/report design and platforms like Alchemer, Smartsheets, Salesforce, Excel, Power BI.
  • Proficient in applying statistical and logical techniques to drive outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment.

The salary range for this role in the US is $57,890-$68,100, based on various factors. HFHI offers a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, sick leave, health insurance, retirement contributions, and life insurance.
