Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction materials testing and inspection.
• Industry certifications strongly preferred, such as ICC Special Inspector and ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct special inspections and field observations for various construction materials and systems.
• Document inspection results and communicate findings to relevant parties.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Ability to lift 50lbs without assistance

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
